A fire broke out at Sims Recycling Solutions yesterday evening.
Staff evacuated the building on Fawsley Drive on the Heartlands Business Park in Daventry and called the emergency services at 5.13pm.
The fire involving a large extraction unit of the building caused smoke damage and the cause is now under investigation.
Two fire engines and a specialist COBRA unit were used to tackle the blaze.
