A SPECIAL meeting has been called by Daventry Town Council to discuss whether it supports a new University Technical College (UTC).
The council will meet on Thursday, February 23 at 6.30pm when two agenda items will be discussed.
The first will look at whether the town council will financially support FODOS to a maximum of £7,000 in its application to protect the Eastern Way playing field as a green space.
A second item will see the council discuss whether it supports a UTC coming to Daventry. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
